Ok this is wierd. After a very hard drive today my fuel , brake, and door lights keep popping on and off. Also my voltometer is running a little low. It's staying a little under 14 volts or right at it when it normally runs at about 16 volts. I have no idea what is going on with it. What do you guys think is happening here because I am completely baffled. Look foward to hearing from you guys.

I had the same problem it started out like that. What happend in my case is that i opened the hood one night that was happening and the positive side wire to the alternator was glowing bright red. Meaning I had a short well i changed out my alternator and changed the wire hook ups cause they got melted after that never had a prob with the lights like that turning on again.

I'll second that. Definitely sounds like the alternator. But make sure the belts not just slipping first.

 

Or Too Tight, Doubt It Though If It Just Happend
