This is for a engine i am working on.
Specs: rebuilt T3/T4-440CC Injectors-240SX T/B With ported Intake-Recirculating BOV-Reprogramed Z31 Turbo ECU(the 450hp option)-Modded Dizzy to match the Z31 ECU-regular wastegate-3 inch SS Exhuast(mandrel bent)-3inch DownPipe.
Stock Block, Stock Cam, Stock Head

Problem: No boost untill 5K rpms, No turbo Whine, boost gauge(Autometer)shows Vac untill 5K rpms where it starts to boost, boosts 10psi with Home Depot made man boost controller. Omited Boost Controller for test, same thing. no diffrence. kicks and bucks like a mule sometimes, and over heats badly if sitting still. If started cold, let sit will over heat in under 10 mins, no driving. new thermo. temps are great if you drive it. and my stock N/A has more power.

 

Conclusion. Two blown cylinders.
