are these just bolt on or do they require welding?

 

The hps are just bolt on

I am parting out my 82 2+2 and I have a set of Tokiko Blues on it with less than 5,000 miles on them.

I'd be willing to let them go real cheap if you can wait. I have my 74 in the garage now and can't do anything until the snow melts off the apron.
