Timing Set

Is the cost justified at courtesynissan.com for the timing set or did they just pump up the price...I bought a set from a website but they decided they dont ship out of US anymore so Im kinda screwed as local stores dont care any of the timing components, i need both guides, tensioner and the chain. For those 3 parts it will be 200 dollars and shipping seems to be set for just ovet 60 bucks....i dont see it being justified. Any other stores i can snag it from that ship to ****ing canada?

just off the top of my head:
www.napaautoparts.com
wasn't sure of your exact year, but they list two timing kits for an 82 ZX NA, one for $98, one for $124 (different manufacturers).
Of course, looks like they only work through their franchises (is NAPA in Canada?).

I got my timing set (see the first gen forum) for about US$80, local independent parts house. Installed it last night, seems like great parts (chain, tensioner, both guides, both sprockets), except for no marks on the timing links (not a big deal, just annoying). Shipping from US to Canada shouldn't be more than like $30, I'd guess?

edit: www.autopartsgiant.com has 5 different sets available (Cloyes, ITM, Melling, others), for US$63 to US$115. I think they ship to Canada.

hope this helps,
Dave
