there are only two way's to "bann" a site, Goverment, or ISP server will drop account. The gov could give a rat's azz about ZDriver due to there's nothing Unlawful about the site. And if the Bill for server connection to the net is paid. were good. Nothing persanal there Fair, just saying a point.
