Not that its likely or that you want to hear stuff like this right before you leave, but "pirates" have been more prevelent off the coasts of South America and Africa in the past year. There was an attack on a cruise off the African coast a few weeks back that left huge holes all over the boat due to RPG's being fired repeatedly . . .

Yeah I've been to Utah D. A few times. Not my favorite place in the world as far as stuff to do but the people there are real nice (that I've encountered anyways). I had a guy open his shop on a Sunday just to weld an exhaust on for me while I was passing through once cause he saw it hanging from my car at a gas station and saw my CA plates. Only charged me $20 for the whole thing too. He said he wasn't looking forward to church anyways Some beautiful scenery out there too. Them mountains on I-15 are good fun too. And man driving into UT from CO at sun up....breathtaking.

Aside from that though I don't think I'd want to spend too much time out there

Oh, and Nismo, if you come across any pirates, just remember Parlay Maybe you could trade a family member for your freedom or something. Have fun.

 

Merry Christmas everyone! Just got back from the trip... LAX is a madhouse! I've attached some pics of the trip... even stopped by MSA (tho it was closed cuz it was Sunday).
