Spiralmax!?

hey i'm thinking about purchasing this "spiralmax" system, I wonder if anybody has tried it and if it will increase fuel economy or HP even a little bit. Is there anybody that has tried this and knows anything about it?!

Just gotta ask, an old mechanic always told me to use mothballs, what did mythbusters have to say about them?

Looks like junk... Put one in the intake (Tornado) and now one on the exhaust... That should add 20hp LOL... Some will say that it works, tell them to show you the dyno sheet...

theoretically, i could maybe see it working, turbulent air causes better atomization of fuel, but at the same time, it doesnt flow as well and could make it harder for the engine to breath. either way, its totally crap.

seems like a throttle plate would stop almost all of the turbulant air at that point.
