Runs on Cold Start Valve Fuel Then Dies

On my 1983 280ZX NA 5-speed, I've replaced fusible links with New and replaced damaged ECU with Used with same designator A11-652-805 - all because I connected a new battery reverse polarity - a dumb, mindless mistake from not tracing my cables first.

Noid light shows injectors not being triggered (only unplugged #6 and checked). Resistance at each injector measures between 2-2.5 ohms except for one at ~1.4 ohms. With key on, there's no light on my ECM. Have run searches, but don't see a clear path for troubleshooting next steps. FSM sort of hard to follow...is EFI relay next check?

Brand new to the Z car world. Had a good running one until this mistake.

With Key on, between ground and pins 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, I have 12.3V.

Solved - Start but No Run Problem

Followed EFI troubleshooting guide in FSM and performed all checks with no findings, except...
On the throttle valve switch insulation test; pin #29 tested grounded.
Disconnected plug at throttle valve position switch, pin #29 still tested grounded.
Disconnected larger connector at ignition module and pin #29 ground cleared.

Installed new ignition module at distributor, reconnected everything I'd disconnected and re-installed used replacement ECU - bingo it runs!
