Resurrecting an 83's braking system.

My Father-in-law was gifted an 83 280ZX by a great friend of his.

His buddy owned it since new and it sat in a barn for 5 years until his son wanted to rebuild it, and then brought it home. It then sat in his garage for 5 years. They offered it to my father-in-law with the understanding that he fund my endeavor to get it fixed up and running again.

I wasn't aware of how many rust issues it had. But if I can get it running and driving again it will still be a fun toy.
I envision it with some used wheels, some lowering springs, and a nice exhaust. I hear the engine sounds great when opened up and is very robust.
Anyways got it home and started looking, He had gotten the engine to run (though it doesn't now) and he replaced some hydraulic clutch parts.
It seems like the son left off trying to get the brakes going again. He removed a significant amount of the braking components in an effort to rebuild them and they have gone missing. So finding them used is the first project.

The front left is totally complete. (Of course 5 years old.) But new lines, new pads and new slide pins.

Right front is completely missing from the hard-line forward.

Both rears have been tied up. The only parts that look to be missing are the caliper mount bolts. The rest seem to be there.

Are the caliper mount bolts available separately? When I look at remaned rear calipers they include the slide pins and bolts but not the bolts for the caliper bracket to the hub assembly.
I also need to find someone who has a front right brake assembly from hub up for sale.

I just replaced both rear calipers ( $70- $100 + core charge )and the flex hose ( $20 at O'Reilys ) that attached to them. You can get a rebuilt caliper at O'Reillys or RockAuto. Some times they don't have it in stock but just watch the site and eventually one will be available. Get it with the re-manufactured bracket, the sleeves get old and allows the caliper to shift, then brakes click when not engaged. Be prepared to cut the hard line and re-flare it. My Z is from Arizona (no rust ) and after 38 years that sucker would not come loose. You can get a new bolt for the bracket. Just bring the old one to the store with you and match up the hardess and threads.
