Since I would really like to replace my slave cylinder and get my Z back to driving. Could anyone detail the bleed procedure?

I cannot find a haynes anywhere near me >.<

AutoZone has the replacement instructions and they are pretty clear but no bleed ones...So thanks if you can no biggie if not.
