yea full rebuild, no mods...had to be .020" over, total seat rings, arp main and rod bolts, line bored crank polished, head cleaned up, new valves springs the works...plan is to get it up to 350-400 if i can manage to pull it off...
my car is black inside out...

Ya, very nice. nice to see you're still around.
It will be interesting to see how an open chamber head turbo does.

Hey Skully if you don't mind me asking. What is your displacement after the boring on the block? 2. something? Just curious man, and by the way, verry sharp engine. It should fly down the road!

Motor looks good Skully. Black would have been even nicer, but I like the grey. Sounds like your little project is coming along quite nicely. Keep up the good work.

Brake fluid if left on there for about 20 minutes will let you peel off all the paint in one big sheet!!!!You just don't want to get it on anything rubber. It's also really hard to re-prep the surface for paint after you use it... nevermind, bad idea

Seriously, I'd say use your best judgement as far as stripper's go.

Might not be a bad idea to just paint OVER the grey...

I wonder how my wife would take if I kept my engine in the house? I should try parking it right next to the bed on her side and see how long it takes her to threaten that she's going to throw it out the window.

Post those pics up ASAP. I want to see how she turns out with a fresh black paint job. Should look really good.

That looks insane!!!! very nice work Skully. I like the red accent on the motor personally, but it kinda depends on what color the car is...

Nice work Skully, and that is clean looking! I would go with a aluminum silver with the black. That would look tight, and would go with the silver stripe you will put on your Z later. Anyway mad props to you man, that engine is ****!
