NA distributor conversion to CAS

Has anyone converted a NA dizzy to a CAS?

That depends on your definition of "CAS". If you mean the stock turbo CAS in an NA distributor, if you look at the two, you will clearly have your answer "NOPE".

since finding a L-series turbo dissy seems impossible or people want ridiculous $ i didnt have much choice but to make one with whatever i could get.

Looks like a Mitsubishi module and shaft? Did you actually get this installed and working in your Datsun?

nope, all nissan. just a butcher job to see if it was possible, thats why it has 50 million holes in it). using a RB30 disy modified to the L28 n/a. is a much better solution (takes more out sourced machine work.)
