N/A motor Question

OK I got a 82zx with 79,000 original miles. Soon I will be swapping the head on my N/A to a turbo head, swapping injectors etc to run a turbo. My question is, Due to high boost my compression will be really high (Not good) with flat top pistons. What work needs to be done to put the turbo (Dished pistons) in. Do they drop right in or connecting rods etc need to be changed

the turbo and na engines both have the same bore and stroke so the pistons and crank will work with no modification. however you will have to solve the problem of oiling for the turbo
