This lil black Wire

I have asked this question a time or two before. But no one seems to know the answer. Where does this wire go?
First Pic shows the Lil black wire.
Secound Shows where i have been mounting it.
Third shows the lil silver small cylinder that i have mounted down along wiht the Coil Bracket.
So do i have this wire grounded right? or wrong?

Mine grounded to the distributor. But Mine also didnt have that same type of end. Mine had a female spade connector. It doesnt really matter where you ground, as long as you ground it.

First Two are temp fuel line i hooked up. The Next three is a line i riped out from under my parts car. and bent to fit(sort of, first time) as a more perment fule line. Recycle what ya can.

Brand new rubber(0 miles) Just got a tune up. Trany gears are loose, but it shifts. Inter is Great. Brand new Cd Player(with stiring wheel remote, wireless) A/C works, but need recharge. Motor Smokes, still got to find out why. Don't burn oil. E-break does now work(Bigg Blue can help). Breaks work, but keeps looseing fluid. Brand new rotor's pads, and rebuilt caliper's.

By the way thanks for the drooling pics. Those wheels are off the hook bro'. Props to you for scoring on a sweet #ss Z!

Right on man, keep us updated on your progress. I always love to hear people restoring their cars. And or getting them back onto the road.

I love the Z 6-spoke wheel center cap for the horn button!

I can't begin to fathom what color scheme the previous owner was goin' for, but damn, those flames have gotta go!
