I happen to have an extra one of those ultra-rare stainless steel targa roof bands for the 280ZX 2-seater. Includes all hardware and is unused. The catch is that it's slightly bent a couple degrees towards one end from shipping. You ought to be able to carefully bend it back, or have a body shop do it for a couple bucks. I sent them, wrapped up in plastic bags, inside the armrest console. Yours was the last package I've sent out, so they didn't go to anyone else. I hope you didn't throw em away, thinking it was just packing (though, you would've heard the plastic clinking against each other).
