I am going friggin' crazy!
Just swap radiators. I had a 280Z that would overheat only on the highway. Just didn't flow well enough. Swapped to a different radiator and that took care of things.
A stock Nissan radiator can keep a turbo engine cool in heavy traffic or on the highway in southern California heat with no fan shroud.

Or, as the Ricky Racer types reffer to it... The "Electric Turbo" !

Rod.
Hey WildMan...If the car is stock then you should only have stock type replacement parts, i.e. Thermostat, Radiator Cap, proper coolant mixture. If you don't know what is causing the "overheating" then you shouldn't use different parts other than suggested by the factory. You have replaced the waterpump so you should be good there. Get yourself a stock replacement thermostat and make sure you have the proper amount of coolant and the correct mix. You should have 11 1/8th quarts of coolant in the car including in the overflow tank. Remember, if you have an air pocket in the block it will also overheat so it is important to get the air out of the coolant system..or the block rather. Improper timing will cause overheating also. Running rich, not so much. Use a radiator cap with a 13psi relief pressure.
