The fuel check valve on my 82 is damaged - one side of the plastic is drawn closed tight. The check valve is under the car near the fuel pump, and from the diagrams it seems to be a vent line to the charcoal canister under the hood. I'm not sure if I did this upon removal, or if pressure somehow sucked it closed. I do get some air wooshing noises when I open my gas cap so its probably all related.

Some questions - where do I get this thing from besides the dealer (17330-P7900)? Are there any universal fit models I can substitute? Thanks!
