I am buying a '79 ZX from a guy near me and he offered to give me an '82 ZX along with it. I dont have anywhere to put the '82 so im going to have to tell him I cant take it unless I find someone who wants it. The car has a fair amount of rust but seems to be in pretty good shape. The engine looked fine and I think it could probably run with a little time and money put into it. If anybody lives near Raleigh, NC (or is willling to drive there) then i have a Z that you can have. Let me know if anybody is interested.

Ok well I actually had the years mixed up. The ZX I got was an '80 ZX and the other one that I couldn't get was a '79 10th anniversary ZX. It was the red and black version of the 10th annivesary cars. The interior was a tanish color i think. It has t-tops, it is N/A, coupe, and it is not currently in running condition. It is missing the front drivers side quarter panel and the the car has a good amount of rust on it. I didnt look at the frame but on the ZX I bought the frame is very rusted, so I would assume that that frame is pretty rusted too. Basically I would say that unless you are just getting it for the engine, trans, and maybe some body parts that you probably wouldnt want it. I took a better look at it last time I was out there and it would take some serious work to get that car to daily driver status. But the guy just wants to get it off his land and would give it away for free, so if anyone is interested then let me know and i will give you his phone #. Sorry if I got anybodys hopes up about a good condition free car, I didnt realize how bad it was until I took a better look.
