That speedo is out of an '80 or '81.

I'm curious why the guy says the mileage is 'exempt'?

Does he think he's exempt from telling how many miles are on the chassis?

I'm not sure that is as good a deal as we may think considering it needs a new turbo exhaust manifold.

 

What's the difference in the speedo? Looks like my '82 as far as I can tell.

You're right. I forgot, they didn't go back to 'real' speedo's until the Z31. That was the same speedo used in the '80 to '83 models.
