Does anything on the 280ZX use a 14mm socket/wrench?

I'm planning to buy this nice set of wrenches, however, for some ungodly reason, they have 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18 mm sizes. I can't believe they don't have a 14mm size but they have everything around it; I mean, what the hell uses a 13 or 15mm?? Anywho, can anyone offhand remember if anything on the 280ZX uses a 14mm size? That way I'll know if I'm going to be missing a critical wrench size for something.

Hey yeah I think so. Let me think, I believe the power steering pump, alternator, and the pulleys. I am pretty sure. That is what I remember from working on my '81 before. The common sizes is 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm. But of course 10 is the most common on the whole car. Hope this helps you out!

Some American cars like Chryslers actually use metric bolts and their common sizes are 13 and 15.
You need a good set of wrenches. 10-17. all of them!

There are a few 15mm that I know of on our cars and a TON of 14mm. Im not sure about 13mm, I know I have a few but they are cause I lost the stock bolts that went there haha. One thing I do know is that you NEED a 14mm.

Also, if you are going to be rebuilding the engine you will need a 26mm (im pretty sure thats what it was) for the front crank pulley bolt. I know I have used 22mm also when working on my car and there are a few 8mm in there too.

You might as well go buy a really good set with everything from 5mm - 22mm. If you need it, you can buy a 26mm seperate.

Welp, I found a set that did have the 14mm size (and the set was on sale too!), but the tradeoff was that it didn't come with the 16mm. Oh well, I have other 16mm wrenches I can use to make up for it anyways. The important thing is I got my 10, 12, and 14. ^___^
