Defrost fail?

Most likely one of the vacuum lines to the a/c system has a leak. Check by the inspection lamp in the engine bay first, and then if you can't find it, you'd have to take the dash out and follow each line.

Like the one hanging from the bottom of my car that I cannot find a spot for?
