Apollo's new lambo killer

So one Nissan hooked it up today and gave me a whole new reason to stress and break the bank over. . . .my new lambo killer. They GAVE it to me. Free ninety nine

Thats right.

A Mustard Yellow 1978 Datsun B210 hatchback

I know. Its a lot of power. Might even be too much. So ive opted to dump the pony factory and go with a more sensible SR series engine. Pics to come later tonight.

Race winning plans-
-Stock SR power plant with Autozone color coded vacume lines
-OEM 82' 280ZX 5 star wheels
-welded spider gears
-duck tape rally stripes

thats pretty damn funny/sweet as hell, lol. but i would re-think the spider gear welding thing. your inner tires are going to get eat to **** if you do any thing with it other than drag it and trailer it

You be careful now! Those cars had a lot of power, especially considering that was before the days of antilock breaks and traction control. Most of them were wrecked at high speed. That is why you see very few on the road today. You've been warned

Well the memory card for the camera is toast. The camera keeps asking to reformat. Dunno what the deal is . . .so pics will have to wait till after this weekend.

On that note. Yes, i know the B210 is what some might call a "yucket". Some might even say its a "pile of ****". Which in most cases would be the truth. But myself being a Nissan freak and a guy who can see a diamond in the ruff, I saw this little fecal gem and took it upon myself to put it to use.

The body and interior are where this thing retained some value. Interior . . .showroom condition. Dash is glossy and crackless. Seats have no tears. Headliner is as white as the day it came off the showroom floor.

The mustard yellow body screams late seventies but only by color. The paint is smooth and shiny with only some plastic trim neededing to be replaced up front.

Only real issue is the engine. Yes, believe it or not this prestine little B210 has an engine that is about 10k overdue to blow up and send shrapenal through the hood. Hence the stock SR powerplant i have in the works for it.

Now this car will not be a long term project. I wont be investing more than it takes to get it running. Its finaly a project car that i can care less about. I want to get it running with the SR motor, weld the diff up and take it out to have some fun at a track or parking lot. I could care less where. I just got it cuz its free, its a datsun and it holds come sort of weird attraction for me. So yes. Its a pile. Buts its mine and it was free . . . . So there. Gotta love classic Nissans

Score one for Apollo

i like the car, i just thought that stuff was funny, you should be like jesse james and put a 350Z motor in it and go drifting lol. as for free and in as good of condition as u say, i woulda taken it in less than a heart beat myself. does it stil run though on the stock engine? and whats the mileage?

and since when do dealerships give anything out for free, even to employees... thats just wierd.
