AFM tweek?

Well as you all know i'm having issues with my car running real rich. My question is I was told there was a way to tweek the afm to get rid of that issue, how do I do that? I have read J's sticky is that all i need to do or what else can i do to get my car running leaner?

Well, if it is rich...you could try getting more air in there. I followed the sticky and it worked out well for me on the AFM though.

if you carefully take off the cover to the afm guts, there is the main spring, its pretty obvious, then there will be a little tab holding it from spining, hold the toothed part and loosen the screw holding the little tab, tighten the gear part clock wise, go 2 or 3 teeth, then re-tighten the screw, it will lean it up a bit. DO NOT LET GO OF THE GEAR TOOTH PART! and dont lean it out too much, a little rich is better than lean
