acceleration problem

so i re-did my intake and exhaust manifold gasket. now from a stop if i give it more then a quarter gas the engine bogs down like not enough fuel is going in. i played with the tps sensors to see if that will fix it but there was no change. i put a vacuum gage on and at idle its around 16. then when i flip the throttle vacuum goes down the up to around 20. any more suggestion?

your vacuum seems low, whats your timing at? are all the hoses in the right spot? did you remove the injectors? new tb gasket, or was it left on? did you re-check the intake exhaust bolts? coupla questions and checks you can do. report back for us
