Make sure the Temp sensor in good working condition.( xenon/s130.com )
That is a good idea to clean or replace the Radiator!
Also Timing will play a roll on overheat issues.

Welcome to ZDriver!

A super easy way to see if the radiator is working correctly is to use an infrared thermometer and measure the coolant temp at the upper radiator hose, and the coolant temp at the lower radiator hose. There should be a 25*-30*F drop.
