Am happy to report, SPRAY CLEANING the relays does wonders(and not even taking them completely out..that comes next)...for the last three months the pump would not prime when the key went to "on"..used this product: "CRC QD Electronic Cleaner, quick drying formula" Hope this helps others.
{This car experienced "vapor lock" a couple of weeks ago on the freeway, do think fuel was boiling in the rail}....Also works great on guitar amplifiers, synthesizers, etc....
