leaky injector

If you find that the injector is bad, give me pm and you can have the injectors for FREE! I have a '83 parts car that I am robbing some parts from. Then, I'm afraid her fate is not so good...I'll crush her in a heartbeat to get it out of my backyard. The dizzy and the drivetrain are reserved for my 260Z. Everything else is pretty much up for grabs.

get an ohm meter and check the plug, and the wire, or even try swapping the plug and wire to a differnt cylinder.

i took it out. and tossed in a Denso. Worked fine for a lil while. then i think it flooded out again. Captken. I'd say don't crash a Z untill there's just nothing left to get off it. Oh, And never throw part's away. and Is this the 2+2? If so. what color is the inside? I need 2+2 inter part's badly. nothing but bare metal inside my car.

red

the interior is red. The car was originally silver. And yes, it is a 2+2. Interior panels can be dyed, I'm not so sure about carpet though.

What about the turbo car you told me about in Strayhorn? What year and color? I might need some turbo specific parts.

they turbo charger is not there on it. But it's blue, with blue inter. the glass is busted out on the hatch. and it don't have any tire's or rims on it(cause the snowflakes are on my car now) the wire harness and ecu are still there. the dash is still intact. And i think it don't have many if any crack. Oh. and if you have AIM name, or Yahoo, or anyofthem. let me know. IM's are easyer then post's or PM's. Quicker too.

#5 problem solved. Weak Coil. Swaped out. Now she runs smooth, and much stronger. And she reves up so incredably fast now. What used to take about 3 secounds to get near red line. now takes less then a secound.(from idle)

PCV valve hose melting. She still needs alot of tuning before she is really street worthy. But she was geting down a lil bit. Took it for a 8 mile sVery windy road drive. Half way though the smell of the PCV Valve hose melting put a frown on my face. but should be a easy fix.

I still don't have a clip for ya'll, But my problem of lil power has been solved. The oil pump shaft was off by one notch. 20 Yard burn out was the result of fixing this. timing is not perfect yet. But Damn these car's are fast.

Now get out there and light 'em up again. For as long as you've been working on this thing you'd have gone through atleast a set of tires by now anyways

You could alway make your own gasket. I have had to do that before. you get the gasket maker, and put a piece where the gasket goes. And gently tap it with a hammer. After that, cut it out, and woila, you have a homemade gasket.
