There are a lot of differences... what specifically are you wanting to know?
The turbo is a Borg Warner T5, the non-turbo is a Nissan. The T5 shares a lot of common parts with the T5 used in Mustangs and Camaros. The T5 has a different output spline count, so it requires a different drive shaft than the n/a. They also have different gear ratios.
