i would do the swap myself if i could find a turbo distributor and ecu....

if i dont ill hit you up for sure cause i dont want a turbo car to go to waste...

hey user395... where did you get that plastic trim piece that separates the driver windows and rear windows?

It was on there when i bought the car. The guy who had it before me did an insane job on fixing it up. It is just a thin metal on top of plastic piece.

oh... crap!!! another custom thing im gonna have to make....thats a very nice zx you got there and you will be the one to get the news of the turbo motor(well car) cause i think that car deserves one....

how bout a deal? i give you the details about the car and ill give you $50 for the 83 bumpers that are basicly all that i want off the car.... cause i dont think i can handle the turbo swap.... i have the guys number so if you would rather do this instead of wait for me to make up my mind then tell me

it may be i long drive to get the car and then you have to tow it back too so i dont know... also i dont know all the details yet ill probly call the guy tomarrow to get some more info

if you want i can get the pics but i dont know when ill have a chance to go back by there soon...

also you might be able to talk him down more because i dont know all of the stuff thats wrong with the car at a glance, you might know more about what might be missing but from what i see its the ECU, dizzy, and i think the ICU cause the glove box was off...

im not rich! i already said i pay for my own stuff except living space and food. sheesh.... but i say figure out for sure whats wrong, if the turbo is crap might not be worth it. not worth it for the part out as it is. better off using it for a swap if it only needs a dizzy and ECU you can get used ones that work for 100 bucks all together. the auto tranny is crap so if it has a problem it doesnt matter cause no one wants one anyways. thats how i see it.

Yeah, just PM me the guy's # number when you get a chance. I don't need the bumpers. I would just need the parts for the turbo like the wiring harness, AFM, Injectors (if they work and are in good condish), etc. I would most likely take the engine out and work on it for a while, then when I had more time and money do the swap.

Also, much thanks on the compliments of my car. After working on my 83 and then having it killed by a 16 year kid who hit me, I wanted something that I did not have to do a lot of work to. The guy I bought it from was a very skilled man.
