Hey guys I am new to the z so go easy on me. I was driving down the highway when suddenly the car dies, all guages hit zero (except volt meter which is at 14v) and i am just coasting. All of the lights work in the car (door lights, head lights, over head and the ignition ding when key is in) but no accessory power to the radio. When I turn the key I hear no noise from fuel pump or any relays under my dash. Could this be the ignition switch itself? or the ignition control relay or IC module?

 

Sounds like could be any of the above. Are they all original to the car? I would check ECU/harness connections first. Not sure if you mean this happened only once or if car is still dead. How about some info on the mileage, general condition, maintenance history, etc. Info can be useful here.

 

Check your fusible links. When I blew the acc link the same happened.
