where is the how too on a 280 zx clutch

looking to change out the clutch in my 79 zx...is there a how too. how hard is it to change out a clutch in this car. 5 speed. iam prety mchanically inclined just curious

It's pretty straight forward. Make sure you have the flywheel turned and a new pilot bushing put in, or pilot bearing. If you buy a kit it should come with the clutch, pressure plate, alignment tool, and grease. As well as instructions. I would also recommend cleaning the transmission before you put it back in, and also if your rear main or oil pan are leaking, now is the time to fix them. Make sure your slave cylinder and lines aren't leaking, if they are go ahead and replace the clutch master with them. A good Haynes manual should give you all the pictures and info you need.
