well its not the switches, there are little rubber bushings on a plate near the top of the brake pedal that dried up and fell out. i was just gonna superglue some pennies over the holes, but then i thought that they were rubber for a reason. does anyone know where i can get the rubber bushings or an acceptable fix?

I used short bolts and put nuts on them. It seems to be working fine.
