That looks like oil...and if I'm not mistaken it might be the oil pump that we're looking at. I'm looking at the picture again and it looks like water more than oil, if that's the case it'd be the water pump that's leaking. The water pump is right above that with the fan connected to it. Hope you get more help than I gave...sorry.

You're welcome...yeah the more I look at it and think about my experience, it has to be the water pump. It's not a big project, it took me a full day and that's because I took my time with it. Good luck.

so the water pump was leakein on that screw on the oil pump and i just started unscrewing it i guess. u have to remove the raditor to replace to water pump right ?

 

When I did mine...I removed the radiator. But I also did the belts and hoses at the same time. You still have to drain the radiator if you decide to leave it in. It was a lot easier to work with the radiator out. Yeah, the leakage might be coming out the weep hole of the water pump, mine was. If I remember correctly it did leak down the same way as yours.
