update on the Superturbo (m90 and t3/4) header is on

The header and the turbo mounted on my mock up engine

the header itself with the bung for the EGT

I will use my internal waste gate for now as it should be sufficient for the boost the turbo will run.
If not at least the engine will be in the bay so i can see where i have space left as it is getting cramped!

Its coated now, so all i need to do now is heatwrap it.

Next project is the plenum for the ITBS but that is well on its way

nice work frank, who built your turbo header, that one looks to be the utmost quality!!! i was trying to get a m90 super for one of my projects, but money has now gotten in the way, those are simple and easy to mount to!!

The header was started by someone and i found it in CA. (no flange some tubes unfinished etc)
Then i cut it up agian as the welds looked like .. well ****, rewelded it and finished it up, got it coated and that is about it.
I could have sand down the welds but that doesn't make it stronger.. besides it will be heat wrapped aswel.

your a fab master!!!

and idk if you saw my last comment in your other thread, but i asked if you'd be willing to re-create that super setup (just the fab work like the mounts, pully setup and the flanges with piping you got as pictured) if so, at what price $$$$ cause id be really interested. and final question, exactly what S/C is that? other than an eaton lol

i would not be feasible to reproduce this, to time consuming and not worth the effort, i'm sorry.
Besides i own a IT consulting firm that is time consuming as is. Note that im willing to provide detailed pictures on request

Are you going to clock the turbo outlet up like on the mock-up engine? I assume the ITB intake is going to clear?

booo!!! i have $$$ to. lol. yah, no i dont have any feasible way to manufacture it myself. thats why i was hoping i could hire you to do it since the mounts and the pully thing seemed pretty simple and re-creatable. but ill just let you ruin my dreams here and i guess i will have to build a high comp engine instead.....

unless you wanna change your mind....

or if some one here wants to take his offer on the pics and manufacture a batch set and sell them. that would be smart. i would do it, but like i said, no way even possible for me to do that.
