Turbo TB

Is there any difference, or benifit, to putting a turbo throttle bodie on a n/a?? I will be redoing my injectors an figured why not cause I have a turbo tb layin around...

From the looks of them, they are both 50mm but the turbo has more 'junk' on it.

I think I heard once that the early 81 turbo throttle bodies were dual port? one 20mm and anotehr 40mm or something like that. Strange.

However, I know that installing the Nissan TURBO valve cover and rear deck TURBO emblem adds about 50hp.

OH Absoluley that was my first modification Reduced my 1/4 mile times by 1 full sec...

All turbo tb's are the same, my friend's 81 has a 50mm like my 82. But yeah, those emblems are crazy hp adders.

The turbo AFM is large isn't it? I thought it was a 60mm, maybe Im wrong though.

It is but I also figured they would have made the TB bigger to match...

Inside the turbo AFM it is about the same size as the stock throttle body. The NA throttle is 50mm, the NA air flow meter is probably only 35-40mm.
