poor take off

i got an 82 280zx NA. this is my first z so i honestly know very little about them.

when i go into first, everything is fine until i let the clutch completly out then it just has no take off power. like it take alot longer to get to a point where i can shift. its slow on take off in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. the only way i can get it to accelerate faster is by going to a high rpm before letting the clutch out.

things i have done to it:
NGK-R plugs
compression test
NGK plug wires
New dizzy
dizzy cap and button
valve cover gasket
cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner
seafoam vaccum lines
clean k&n air filter
clean AFM

still didnt help.

additional info
the dizzy i got had a different electric box on the side as my original. i swapped the out after i found that that box wouldnt let the car go past 3500rpm.

im not sure if my distributer is turned right where it needs to be.

i but a bottle of lucas upper cylinder lubricant plus injector cleaner and it seemed to help but i could've imagined it

any ideas?
