Polish...

These are parts that i decided to get polished, shaved, or ported for my turbo build. I just wanted to show you guys how they came out. The pictures could have been better, but i still dont know how to use this DAMN CAMERA!

All the work was done by Dr. Buddha owner of Z Extreme

The parts that got worked on were my timing cover, intake manifold, and turbo housing

Nice I wish I woulda polished my fromt cover before I put the motor back together What kinda turbo is that kinda small?? j/k whats you HP goal??

Did you have to remove the parts to send out to get polished, or did he do it for you as part of the service? I would be interested in polishing parts at some point if it weren't so darn difficult to get my intake manifold all disconnected/removed.

haha good ol' stock turbo

i have another 2 other engines in my garage so i had extra parts to send out.

Haha, sounds like you could do it quick... ^_~ But yeah, on my Turbo, there's so much junk attached to the IM that I wouldn't know where to begin! I'd love to simplify it, but I don't know what everything is and what's expendable.

it looks like a lot, but is really one of the easiest engines to work on that you'll ever come acrosss. After disconnecting the wiring harness, it's just bolts and nuts to get it off.
