no power ... :(

i was working on my cig lighter outlet while the car was running and the wire that goes to the outlet grounded out. Resulting in no lights except my headlights and overheadlight. im assuming i blew some sort of fuse, but i dont know where. i need to fix this asap, as i am planning to drive it to my shop tommorrow nite to change tires and coolant. So if u can help me, it would b greatly appreciated.

Probably your accessory fuse.

There is a fuse panel under the dash on the passenger side.
