New cam

Funds are tight. and i want a new cam(msa stage 3) but i can't afford to get all new valveterain. can i resurface the lifters for the new cam? so the old ware pattern won't affect the new cam.

dont get the CWC casting cam's, they seem to be going flat at an alarming rate, there is an awesome page that has a whole crap load of write ups and it has the specs of all the stock cams, but i cannot stress enough how awesome the stickies in the l6 section are..
