Maybe found the problem with my '82 280zx

Hi everybody: I talked to a few co-workers yesterday, and they think my problem is fuel. Either the pressure regulator, fuel pump, or injectors. I got out my FSM, and it tells you step by step to check the pressure. Now hopefully my dad has a fuel pressure gauge. And he already has a vaccum tester. So if he has those things, I will check my Z this weekend, probably Friday. Then I will see if that is what is causing him to bog, and lose power when driving him. If the tests check out good. Then I will move on the AFM, timing, and then maybe a compression test. But I know it is hard to test compression, if the fuel is not being delivered properly. Anyway wish me luck, and any comments or feedback is welcome!

Did you check your fuel filter? That could cause your bogging down and loss of power. Retarded timing could do it. Just fixed mine yesterday.
