Electronic Boost Controller

Well I finally got rid of that stupid "dial-a-boost" and put in an HKS EVC III. Now I just have to learn how to use the thing! Can anyone tell me what "scramble boost" is? I pretty much have the low boost and high boost set but I don't know what scramble boost and the "scramble boost timer" is. The manual just tells how to set it with a warning to be careful. I'll be grateful for any help I can get!
Thanks!

Scramble boost is where the boost controller will make the car run at a higher psi than what your current setting is for a specified period of time that you want. (scramble timer) It's kind of like a nitrous hit except it's more boost instead of juice. Good for short spurts as long as you don't go crazy on the amount you want to overboost.
