Charging Problem

now figure this out, my car nosmally runs at 13 volts no load, then with load maybe 10.2. it is weird, ive tried everything, including new wires, cleaning grounds and 4 new alternators. any ideas? i started a thread a while back, but nothing that lead to anything

My " X " Gurlfriends car had the same problem with her volts reading on her 1983 280zx non turbo.. that i gave her.. i figured it out to be a short in the voltage regulator going towards the dash... check your little wires conneting your volt gauge.. thats what i did and i fixed the problem..
