Blow off valve question

So I searched and didn't seem to find anything. But if im installing a blow off valve then do I need to take off and plug the pop off valve that's on the intake manifold?

A blow off valve is completely different than a pop off valve.

So the pop of valve is only for the pressure that's in the intake manifold. So I would assume if I were to raise my boost I would have to either modify the stockpop oneor get an after market one?

Exactly.
#1: Cap it.
#2: Modify it.
#3: Use an adjustable GReddy POV (apparenly VERY hard to find these days).

Another option is to use a BOV diode I think they call it. It monitor pressure in the manifold and if it reaches a certain pressure it opens the BOV. Sounds like a good idea to me...
