Back again!

I don't know if anyone remembers me but I was having the "klunking" in the rearend a while back.

Well I have all of that fixed but now my car... well it doesn't move. I had someone look at the Tranny and they said it was fine.. well another guy said that my fuel pump was going out which yeah I already knew and so I have another fuel pump coming..

Is there anything else that could make my car not have ANY power at all and start to cut out at about 2500 RPM's??? It also doesn't shift out of first because of this, it can't get there!

Any info will help!

Need more info...

Auto or 5speed tranny? (I assume auto because it won't shift???)

The car doesn't move, but does run?

Sounds like an efi sensor prob. Usually this prob is either the AFM or CHTS. Also have you checked the timing?

So check the AFM & CHTS. Also prolly want to check the TPS. Have you by chance washed it, or had it in the rain lately? If one single drop of H2O gets into the TPS connection, it will run crappy.

It prolly doesn't need a fuel pump. The stock ones hardly ever go out. If it does, it usually freezes up & won't pump any fuel. PS... don't buy an AutoZone / Checker fuel pump.

Nismo...I did that about three years ago. It works fine, but I really had to rig it up in order for it to fit right. It's also a "variable flow" pump...whatever that means.
