Question 240sx 60mm throttle body

hey guys, i have an 83 280zx and an now the proud owner of a
60mm tb. its the one off the 2.4 I-4 240SX, you know the one with JECS on the bottom? anyways it has wires coming out of the side of the tps and im wondering can i run this tb without these wires hooked up? i know that the tps housing connectors will hook right up to the stock tps wire bundle in the car. never done this b4 any thoughts?

Only the early 240SX throttle off of the KA24E will work with the Z's throttle position switch. (12-valve engine, not DOHC 16 valve)

Also, I'd say 6psi and some way to increase fuel mixture.

That turbo you have a pic of, it's going to be harder to mount to the ZX than a regular T3 out of a 280ZXT would be because the turbo you've got has a 2 bolt compressor inlet whereas the T3 of a 280ZXT has no bolts and is just a regular opening. And the outlet for the J-pipe on the turbo ZX wouldn't match up with the outlet of that turbo. But if you have a place to fabricate an exhaust manifold and intake pipe for you, I'd say you could push ~4-6 psi.
