ok i did search before you all give me the answer please search but all i need to know is where does the thing go cuz i just found it laying on the skid plate of the car and have no idea where it bolts on to i found the connector it connects too so yea dose any one have a picture or diagram showing the location of it

If it was lying on the skid plate of the car then some dolt probably intentionally disconnected it and dropped it, and was simply too lazy to dig down there and get it.

There is NO benefit to removing this unit from the vehcile. If it's not working properly, repair or replace it.
