yea, i just put everything on, and i didnt need anything other than what the set came with, easy to install, no modifications what so ever, good choice man, for the price, the performance is unbelievable, now at on ramps that say 20, i try to go for 50-60 with just a little squeel here and there, but with the new tires im getting, hopefully that will be fixed.

Thanks for the input. Mine should be here friday and Ill probably "slap" them on next week But I won't be able to try it out untill spring is here.

when me n my dad re-did the suspension on my z32 this weekend the rears bottomed out...spacers were wrong...and to buy 4 bellows and bumpers cost 95 dollars i was pissed, i told my mom and so now my dad has to buy my tie rods and pay for the alignment...hahah....but we also redid his rear suspension on his 75 280 we just restored this past summer adn we put fluid in the rear cartridge slots also..not just the front. adn what is it just normal motor oil? yah?
i wish i re-did my bushings and got lowering sprigns while it was all apart but no money, z32's are expensive those bastards.

I read somewhere that Auto Transmission fluid is what to use. I plan to use that.

Tociko, Eibach, Suspension Techniques

Does anyone know which one rides the most firm? As in, non-progressive.
Eibach seems to be the most expensive. ST is the brand I'm leaning towards. I'm not so certain anymore that I want wicked stiff cut Mercedes springs.

I see some "ST" springs on eBay - $215 shipped, but the brand looks like ST Suspensions and not actual Suspension Techniques... maybe a copy? item # 8064573906

I already have four strut inserts purchased new; if I had not done that already I would go for the full kit that Gabrielzzz bought! oops...

Here's some more spring information that I just received from a parts distributor.

Tokico (progressive): 140lbs front / 165lbs rear

Suspension Techniques: 125lbs / 182 lbs

Eibach (progressive): 68-148lbs / 85-306lbs

Ground Control Coilovers: 200lbs / 225lbs
