...Wheel well frame. Has anyone been successful in obtaining these parts new from Nissan for an 83 ZXT? I have a crashed car that requires these for the rebuild.

That is part of the unibody. I don't know if that is sold as a part or if that would be considered the "cabin" of the car. You're going to have to cut and weld a inner fender and radiator support from a parts car and weld it onto your turbo Z. That kind of work I would never attempt myself.

you jsut might be better off finding a donor body for your turbo Z.. if your lucky and you find a gutted out 280ZX you can just swap your motor and drive train right in the donor..

Thanks for the info BleachZee and Ice. I am still doing research into the new part angle, even though the wheel well and radiator support are part of the uni-body. They are the spot\tack weld design. My Autobody guy believes they can be purchased as a separate item and be reattached. He is a talented guy by the looks of his work on other cars (I will definitely NOT be doing that part...lol).

The finding of a good body and dropping in my goodies and interior is still an option. I'm still clinging onto my hopes of retaining the original platform, as my car is absolutely rust and problem free (except for the Mack Truck redesign....)

Thx again...
