You can use a really beat up old flathead screwdriver and a hammer...

Congrats! The rear control arm bushings are hard to replace. ...not a fun job.

the easiest way to get out the metal sleeve is to use a hack saw. get the blase in the cylinder and just cut it. once you get a good cut. use a hammer and chissel to knock it out. thats what i did. wont take you longer then 20 min to get it out...
