Rear Wiper Dimmer Panel Lighted??

Rear Wiper Dimmer Panel Lighted??
I just got all my dash lights working and that one dim headlight(well sometimes i have to turn the combo switch a few times to get it
), But i was wondering is the rear wiper and dimmer **** panel on the left of the steering wheel suppossed to be backlit?? Everything else on the dash is lit up nicely and its all dark over there. And as for the combo switch I guess I just misaligned it after i took it part and cleaned no biggie, thanks

I'm trying to remember, but don't believe it was backlit - even from removing the harness, I don't recall a light being back there. It seems like there was enough lighting from the other components that that area didn't need light. I could be wrong - someone please correct me if I am.
